行政員（英語：Bureaucrat）是為在已建立的wiki社區獲得額外權限的進階成員。他們擁有所有管理員權限，以及將註冊使用者提升到管理員的能力。當遊戲公司代表表示希望積極參與Wiki的成長和發展，他們也會在Gamepedia wiki被給予行政員權限。

被選為行政員的使用者會隨著時間的推移，展示了他們對Wiki如何工作的了解、他們在與社區成員互動時的明智和平衡的判斷以及他們不濫用自己立場的可信度。

管理員無法解決某種問題或親自捲入爭議時，行政員應該成為使用者糾紛的最終調解人。行政員長時間不活躍會失去權限。
