Allows wiki users to create boilerplate text in the Boilerplate namespace which can then be used on new pages.
BoilerRoom is a MediaWiki extension that allows users to create and insert pre-written snippets of content that are likely to be re-used on multiple pages. Unlike templates, after "BoilerPlates" (snippets) are inserted into a page, they can be freely edited on a per-case basis, and are unaffected by subsequent changes to the BoilerPlate presets.
