Gamepedia Help Wiki:Admin noticeboard

The Admin noticeboard is one way through which users can notify administrators of issues needing administrative attention. While users are welcome to directly contact specific administrators (especially if they are seen to be active), posting here can be an easier and quicker way of ensuring that at least one admin will notice an issue and respond to it promptly. Remember to sign (using four tildes: ~~~~) when posting an issue.

Before posting an issue here, please consider the following:

• This page is for reporting wiki issues. Please post discussions on the talk page.
• Post only issues that require administrative action, i.e. blocking vandals, protecting pages, restoring deleted pages etc.
• Do not post deletion requests here. Deletion requests should be made by adding {{delete|reason for deletion request}} to the top of the target page, which will then automatically mark the page as a candidate for deletion.
• Do not post issues regarding content disputes. Try making a request for comment instead.
• Mediation requests between users should only be made once a resolution could not be reached between users.
• For issues regarding the use of this wiki, please see our help center.

In case of vandalism, posting about it here is low priority. Revert it first, anyone can do so. If the vandal created a new page, tag it for deletion. Assume good faith and consider leaving a message on that user's talk page to explain the reason. Post here only if the user has made several disruptive edits and/or persists despite a warning. Always avoid a revert war with the vandal; it is far better to wait until an admin has a chance to intervene. If a user must be reported here, please use {{user}}, preferably as the topic subject/headline.

GRAV gameplay issue

Hi in Grav My solo play is not working. Its bugged out! Game crashes, won't work for me. 15 Hours of changing settings and testing it out.

It took me 3 weeks to get the money to buy this game, only for it not to work. I've spent 15 hours editing and testing, only to get 0 improvement. Another abuse filter problem

I wanted to change the page Battle of Tol Barad to specify that in its current run, Summoning Stone does use its normal behaviour of using the actually paid cost, and thus creates 0-mana minions when a reduced-cost spell is played. However, the abuse filter thought that that was harmful and therefore disallowed, giving as its reason "New user adding link at end or in heading". This is incorrect for two reasons: First and foremost, I was not adding the link, I was only editing the text around the link, second, it was not at the end or in a heading, but in the middle of a normal paragraph. - 83.161.138.23 22:58, 8 February 2017 (UTC)

How do I change my email?

Interwiki links

I suggest setting the “local” parameters on all language section interwiki prefixes to 1. This would make linking to these sections easier, because otherwise links like gphelp:ru: end up with a “Bad title” error instead of linking to its intended target (Russian Gamepedia Help Wiki in this example). Unable to submit an entry for Hellion wiki regarding loot zones implemented in version 0.2. both source and visual editor show me an error when i try to submit my text: "This action has been automatically identified as harmful, and therefore disallowed. Quest for Infamy Wiki

A new link needs to be put on the main page. A link that goes to the achievements page. The page exists but there is no way to get to it unless directly searched for. Unfortunately, I am unable to add in this link since the main page is protected.

Bugged CSS

I think I fixed the latter two. The header being dark seems more like a style thing, similar to ftb:. But if you want to play around and make it light in your custom CSS, and it looks better if you do, I'll implement it (note that part of the logo is white). Side advertisement at a small screen resolution

Hi, I have a screen of 1366x768 and for this, all the tables are narrowed.
